  • Ver tu disponibilidad (calendar.freebusy).

Qué guardamos y qué no

Guardamos:

  • el permiso que te da Google, cifrado, para no pedirte que conectes tu calendario cada vez;
  • el correo de la cuenta de Google que conectaste;

How ORI uses Google user data

Last updated: October 14, 2026

ORI Agenda (oriagenda.com) is a booking and payments platform for coaches and consultants in Colombia. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and is done only by the professional (the coach). Their clients never connect a Google account.

Which permissions ORI requests and why

  • calendar.events: to create an event in the coach's calendar for every session booked through ORI, with a Google Meet link and the client invited; to update that event when the session is rescheduled and delete it when it is cancelled (ORI only changes events that ORI created); and, only if the coach turns on "Todo mi día" (My whole day), to list that day's events and show them to the coach on their own screen. Those events are not stored and no one else sees them.
  • calendar.freebusy: to read only the busy time ranges (start and end, with no titles, descriptions or attendees), so ORI does not offer those times to clients.
  • openid and email: to show the coach which Google account is connected.

What we store

The OAuth token Google issues (encrypted), the email address of the connected Google account, and, for each ORI session, the ID of the event ORI created and its Meet link, so ORI can update or delete it. We do not store the coach's other events or their busy times: they are read when needed and discarded.

Sharing

ORI does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, does not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models, and does not transfer it to third parties. The only thing that reaches another person is the event invitation sent to the coach's client for their own session. No one at ORI reads calendar data unless the coach asks us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

Removing access

The coach can click "Desconectar" (Disconnect) in ORI, under Calendario, which revokes the token with Google and deletes it from ORI. They can also remove ORI at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the ORI account also revokes it.

Limited Use

ORI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
